All of our seasonings can be used on just about anything you can think of. Bold & Spicy is great with pork, beef, chicken, fish, vegetables and many other foods you may enjoy. Sweet & Savory is good for ribs, beef & chicken as well as french fries & onion rings, fried green tomatoes or other fine foods. New and exciting treats will be heading here soon!

My People have been asking me how the Hillbilly Outfield did this year. Well Thanks to all the Amazing Volunteers, All of our guests & of course every single Sponsor who donated products, Equipment, Silence Auction & money donations we raised $40,000 again this year. Adding $4,000 to the fund for next year’s party, $26,000 for Twisted Pink and then a Big Hillbilly Hug for one of our own who’s 13 year old son has been Battling cancer for the past year moving to Cincinnati for treatments who is now cancer free. The final $10,000 It’s what All the Hillbilly’s do with there Big Heart’s Just so Lucky to know all these people who step up for such a Huge Task! I just want to Thank Everyone who came out to help or Donated to the event But most of all those who walked in the gate I sure hope you had fun.

The Hillbilly Coalition is pleased to host the 22nd annual Hillbilly Outfield Derby Event, beginning Friday May 3rd, 2024 at 4:00 PM and continuing through Saturday May 4th, 2024.
