I can't really say this is a "shout" out from Sirocco Ridge Farm because it's so...calm! Aside from the luscious selection of goat cheese and milk products, we are blessed with the team led by David and Beth Boesche-Taylor, founders and operators of Sirocco Ridge Farm. Also, grateful for Jessica McLendon who greets visitors each Saturday sharing her love and knowledge of cheese and goats!

Mum IS the word! This Saturday only, October 17th, Paula Henson, the green thumb goddess and award-winning proprietor of Above the Dirt Garden Shop, will bring a truck load of chrysanthemums, bursting with color and ready for your autumn porch. Paula will also bring a few select plants for good measure. Once you secure your mums, you might want to go over to the Jeffersontown Honey Depot tent and pick up some local honey for your biscuits this Sunday. Thanks Paula, for the mums and honey! They'll be available at the market from 10:00 a.m. till 2:00 p.m. this Saturday, Oct. 17th.
