If you are a fan of Jiggs market we are the location at 7718 Outer Loop Louisville KY 40228. Jiggs Fruit Market Valley Station is the location in valley station road. We are not the same owners or operators. Two very different businesses with two different styles. Although we both carry produce they also carry a lot of things we do not like baked goods, meat, canned goods, milk etc. We also sell Christmas trees and wreaths in the winter where they do not. Our property is is 4 times larger than theirs so when the flower season is over it becomes hard for us to operate because when you ride by we looked closed even when we’re not. So we have made the decision the last 5 years to just close in August and re-open in September. Our younger employees go back to school and our older employees get a break from the dog days of summer. If you still need fresh fruits and vegetables in August please continue to visit Jiggs out on valley station road during August. We will return with a full line of produce in September along with all the great Fall items like pumpkins gourds corn stalks Mums and straw bales. Thanks again for supporting a small family run business over the big box conglomerates. We truly do appreciate all our customers and want to keep growing our customer base. Thanks again for another great spring and summer season. We will see you again in September.

Tomorrow 7-31 will be our last day for the summer season. All our remaining produce will be 50% off our already low prices til it’s gone. That’s watermelons for $2.50 corn 8 ears for $2 tomatoes $1 lb Peach’s $1.50lb etc. Open from 9-7 tomorrow. We will open back up in September with our Fall season. Just gonna be closed for a month don’t worry.
