SEARED AHI TUNE WITH SOY-HONEY GLAZE! This simple and deliciously healthy meal comes together in mere minutes! Grab your tuna steaks today and give this recipe a whirl to perk up those mid-week meals! (Serves2)

INGREDIENTS:
-2 tuna steaks
-2 TBSP soy sauce
-1 TBSP honey
-1 tsp sesame oil
-1 tsp fresh grated ginger
-1-2 TBSP olive oil (to coat pan)
-sesame seeds for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS:
1- In a small sauce pan, combine soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and ginger over medium heat stirring frequently until honey is dissolved. Reduce heat to low simmer and reserve.
2- Pat tuna steaks dry with a paper towel.
3- Heat olive oil in a large skillet or grill pan over high heat until very hot. Sear tuna 1-2 minutes (depending on preferred cook level) on each side. Transfer steaks to plates.
4- Drizzle soy-honey mixture over top of each steak as desired. Garnish with sesame seeds. Serve with jasmine rice or vegetables.

Fresh Fish of the Week: Halibut! Try this simple and delicious recipe! Flavors of the sea meet flavors from the garden with this Pan-Seared Halibut with Herb Butter. (Serves 4)

INGREDIENTS:
-4 halibut fillets (6oz each)
-2 TBSP olive oil
-Salt/Pepper to taste
For the Herb Butter
-4 TBSP unsalted butter
-1 tsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
-1 tsp fresh dill, chopped
-1 tsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
-1 clove garlic, minced
(Feel free to add more herbs and any of your garden favorites for extra flavor and flair)

INSTRUCTIONS
1- Using a paper towel, pat halibut fillets dry. Season generously with salt and pepper to your taste.
2- In a small bowl, add butter, herbs, garlic, and lemon juice. Combine well.
3- Over medium-high heat, in a large skillet, heat olive oil. Swirl around pan to coat.
4- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Swirl oil to coat pan.
5- Sear halibut for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from heat.
6- Upon plating halibut fillets, top with a generous pat of herb butter. (Serve with roasted potatoes, asparagus, and/or salad).

Check out this CLASSIC SNAPPER RECIPE! This can be made with any snapper variety. Classic lemon and capers make this a dream dinner!

INGREDIENTS:
-4 snapper fillets
-2 TBSP olive oil
-2 TBSP butter, divided
-juice of 1/2 fresh lemon
-2 garlic cloves, minced
-1 tsp smoked paprika
-salt and pepper to taste
-2 TBSP capers
-parsley, roughly chopped for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS:
1- With paper towel, pat fish fillets down well. This is important to achieve a crispy skin.
2- Using a large skillet, combine olive oil and 1 TBSP butter over medium high heat. Heat until butter begins to slightly foam. Place fillets skin side down and press down with spatula to prevent curling (approx 30 seconds). Reduce heat to medium and allow fish to continue to cook undisturbed until skin is crispy and meat is becoming opaque about 2/3 of the way through.
3- Using spatula, flip fillets. Add remaining butter, garlic and capers. Spoon mixture over fish generously until just cooked through (approx 1-2 minutes). Remove fish fillets to serving dish.
4- Add lemon juice to remaining butter, caper, garlic mixture in the pan. Stir to combine. Pour or spoon lemon butter sauce onto the serving dish at the base of the fillets. Drizzle small amounts of of the sauce including capers over the fish as well. Serve and enjoy!
