for a dedicated and driven partner to join our regenerative farm business.

About Us:
We are a fully operational, 7-acre market garden farm (more land potentially available) family-owned farm committed to organic and regenerative farming practices that restore soil health, promote biodiversity, and produce high-quality, nutrient-dense food. We grow a wide range of crops, including vegetables, herbs, and flowers.

What We Offer:
โข A fully operational market garden farm with established infrastructure, including: a 95' greenhouse with heated propagation area and a 75' hoop house for yearround production. Two more hoop houses on site ready to be constructed.
o Two barns for equipment and storage
o Wash and pack area with a walk-in cooler for maintaining product quality
โข Opportunities to co-manage farm operations, from crop production to direct market sales

What Weโre Looking For:
โข A passionate individual or couple with experience (or a strong desire to learn) in organic farming, regenerative agriculture, or sustainable food production
โข A collaborative partner who values community engagement and shares our
commitment to ecological stewardship
โข Someone who is open to contributing ideas, sharing responsibilities, and willing to do hard but fulfilling work to build a business.
โข A desire for long-term partnership with shared goals for growth, sustainability, and profitability

Preferred Qualifications:
โข Experience in organic farming, market gardening, permaculture, or regenerative agriculture practices
โข Knowledge of soil health, crop rotation, composting, and pest management
โข Familiarity with farm business management, marketing, and distribution channels (farmers' markets, CSA, wholesale)
โข Strong work ethic, attention to detail. A positive and solutions oriented mindset.
