Curves & Cardio Step Aerobics is happening every Saturday at 11 am with Angelique Chambers at South End Community Market. If you are new to step or have mobility issues, never fear, she knows modifications to teach you! No need to bring any equipment either, so bring a friend, get ready to move, support local farms, goods, and thrive at the market. Join us and feel part of a supportive community that encourages everyone to participate.
