The beginning of something very special. We are making our own vegan pastrami. Smoked seitan marinated in beet juice for color, and then hit with our house pastrami rub. Served on locally baked rye and made “Reuben Style” or with mustard, pickles, and sauerkraut.
All prepared in a seperate skillet and cutting board…coming soon!
