Seafood Station We are a retail Seafood Market located in the Loveland Crossing Shopping Center

For the last twenty-two years, the Seafood Station has been serving the Loveland community with the freshest seafood selection. We are a family owned seafood retail market that emphasizes quality and customer service. In additional to seafood, we offer homemade soups, sauces, appetizers, and ready-to-go frozen entrees.

INGREDIENTS
• 2 cleaned + dressed soft shell crabs
• 3 cups whole milk
• 1 cup hot sauce
• 2 cups flour
• 1 Tbsp Old Bay or Cajun seasoning
• Neutral frying oil
• Salt + pepper to taste
• Lemon wedge for serving

METHOD
Whisk together whole milk + hot sauce in a mixing bowl.
In a separate bowl, combine flour + dry seasonings.
Heat neutral oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.
Dredge crabs in wet mixture.
Using opposite hand, coat crabs in seasoned flour. Shake off excess.
Carefully place crabs into hot oil.
Fry 5 minutes or until golden brown.
Flip and fry an additional 5 minutes.
Rest on a raised rack for 3 minutes.
Serve with tartar sauce or remoulade. 🔥🍋

- If buying fresh, ask your fish monger to dispatch the crabs for you. Dispatching crabs were not shown on camera so FB didn’t flag us.
