Salmon's Meat Products dates back to the early 1900’s when George Kohlbeck founded Kohlbeck Meat Market in Luxemburg. George's grandson, Leo Salmon, worked for George and decided to form a new company with cousin, Don Barbiaux named Hwy 29 Sausage Co.
