Life is hard sometimes… and we keep on going. That’s what faith is my friends not being able to see through the fog, or over the mountain, or through the mounds of debt or grief or pain or whatever our situation is. We keep on going, calling our to God with every step, every decision and patiently waiting on Him for the deliverance He promised. God is good all the time! I will praise Him in the valleys!

I am grateful for my life, for my family, for my friends, for my church, for my precious children, and my homestead community, and my home, and my farm, and my animals, my sweet puppy dogs, and the blessings that God provides each day. My life is so full of love and joy, and even in the busy of a start up business and homeschool activities and farm chores I can feel the peace of God that surpasses all understanding surrounding me and my family.

We are praying for Florida. I know the feelings they feel right now having lived there for many years, and being evacuated for several hurricanes. None to the extinct and magnitude of this one… not knowing if anything will be there when you return, if you will get out in time, if your friends and family will survive… we are praying Florida. God is good all the time, and all the time God is good!!

Jireh is a Hebrew word that means "the Lord will provide". It is also a masculine name.

What Does Jireh Mean? Why Are God's Names Important?
In the Bible, Jehovah Jireh is a name for God that appears in Genesis 22. It is a reassurance that God sees our needs and provides for us. The name comes from an incident when Abraham named a location "The Lord Will Provide" after God provided a ram to use in place of Abraham's sacrifice.
