I was lucky to get out in the field for just a quick minute and cut a few sunflowers. I thought this one was quite striking.

Tomorrow morning I will be picking up our fresh lettuce from Imlay City, romaine, green leaf, and ice berg. It should hit the fridge right at 10 am.

We can't wait to see you at the farm this week for all your fresh veggie needs.

If you were part of the early morning rush, maybe you were lucky and had farmer Tom bag your order. He does more than just farming around here.
I didn't catch a picture of him, but here's part of the morning harvest.

A Tuesday tour of the farm stand. We are fully stocked with yummy veggies and our famous lemon blueberry zucchini bread. We have beautiful small, medium, and large pickling cucumbers available in half bushels or half pecks, and lots of dill, garlic, onions, and a variety of pickle mixes.

Come visit us at the oldest working farm in Macomb Township, we cannot wait to see you.
