Comparison photos for you! As you can tell, we went to a local big box store and purchased a Porterhouse steak and a Chuck Roast to show a direct comparison.

First off, you can see a distinct difference in the amount of marbling on the meat. Secondly, you can see a slight difference in the red color. Ours is a natural red, where theirs seems to be a little too red. And lastly and maybe even most important, is the fact that they have an ingredient and safe handling label. Why do you need an ingredient label? Beef made with natural flavorings? Beef is beef. Why does beef need natural flavors added?

Some things to think about next time you want to purchase some beef. They may have a cheaper price, but you will definitely get a better quality Meat at Corner's Edge Butcher Shoppe. We can guarantee that you are getting all natural, grass-fed/grain-finished beef with No additives.
