We’ll be featuring several wines from Beau Joubert of South Africa, giving you a preview of our upcoming Beau Joubert Wine Dinner at DelecTable on Thursday, September 17, when owner Andy Hilliard will join us in person.

And Beau Joubert is only part of tonight’s lineup—we’ll have plenty of other wines open for tasting as well.

Join us this Saturday, August 1st 12:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. at vomFASS Madison for our COMPLIMENTARY Ice Cream Social, while supplies last!

We’ll be featuring five seriously awesome sundae inspirations built around some of our favorite vomFASS products:

1. Pumpkinseed Crunch Sundae
Vanilla ice cream
1 tsp Styrian Pumpkinseed Oil
1 tbsp candied pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp dark chocolate shavings
Tiny pinch flaky sea salt
Crushed pretzel for extra crunch

2. Balsamic Berry Sundae
Vanilla ice cream
1-2 tsp Aceto Balsamic Maletti
2 tbsp sliced strawberries
1 tbsp raspberries or blackberries
Whipped cream
1 tbsp dark chocolate curls or shavings

3. Dreamsicle Sundae
Vanilla ice cream
1 tsp Orange Olive Oil
1 tbsp chopped pistachios
1 tbsp candied orange peel
Tiny pinch flaky sea salt
Optional: dark chocolate sauce or chocolate shavings

4. Pistachio Cream Sundae
Vanilla ice cream
1 oz Pistachio Cream Liqueur
1 tbsp chopped pistachios
1 tbsp amaretti cookie crumble
Whipped cream
Optional: chocolate shavings

5. Wisconsin Old Fashioned Sundae
Vanilla ice cream
1 oz pre-made Brandy Old Fashioned
1 Traverse City Cherry
1 tbsp candied orange peel
1 tbsp candied pecans
Optional: whipped cream
