Picture this: you wake up to sunshine and bike to the market. Under the oaks you find Marcella from Backyard Yoga waiting for you with a gentle, grounding practice to start your Sunday. As you lay in shavasana you can hear the market start to wake up — tents are put up, tables decorated, good mornings exchanged. All you have to do is walk across the lawn to find breakfast, groceries for the week, and a little gift for a friend.
