Our market neighbor at The Courtyard Collective Farmer's Market asked one day if I could do a loaf with onions and garlic. Little did I know adding a mix of this and that in the sourdough loaf would turn into our best selling loaf yet. The ever so popular Caramelized Onion with Roasted Garlic and Herbs is a permanent loaf on our menu every Saturday! Make sure to pre-order (by every Wednesday) to guarantee your loaf!
