A $100 deposit is required PER QUARTER ordered for all Bulk Beef orders. Weight will vary between animals, so we will contact you to discuss the full purchase price once your deposit/order has been received. The balance of your order can be paid prior to or on the date of your bulk meat delivery.

Little sales pitch here: So we've finally caught up from the Covid slam and actually have some pork coming through soon. We'd be happy to provide you with some really nice, locally raised purebred Berkshire pork by the 1/2 or whole. Just put in a deposit here: www.salazarmeats.com. Wait time is only a few weeks if you order now. We will (un)cure and smoke the sides for you if you'd like, as well as sausage up your trimmings (bratwurst, Italian, or breakfast sausage). Talking at the New Mexico Organic Farming Conference about our 8-year-strong project at Salazar Meats. I gave a talk entitled “Opportunities and Challenges of Small-Scale Meat Processing and Production.” The other picture is what a slaughter day looks like in our shop. We have the USDA inspector in there, myself, Antonio Perez, and Rain Nissen-Reilly.
