- **150g Greek yoghurt** π¦
- **1 tbsp olive oil** π«
- **200g bunch watercress** π±
- **2 tsp ground cumin** πΎ
- **2 tsp ground coriander** πΎ

1. **Cook the Carrots**: In a pan of simmering water, cook the sliced carrots for **20 minutes** or until just tender. Drain and return to the heat briefly to dry off any excess liquid.
