The Manchester Farmers Market began in 2000 with a handful of vendors. Since then we've grown to over 30 vendors, featuring local farmers and artisans. We were originally located in the Dana L. Thompson Memorial Park, but in 2012 the market relocated to Adams Park in the heart of Manchester. The market continues to grow and feature new vendors, as well as some vendors that have been with us from t

he start. Our Market is a producer-only market located in Adams Park, right in downtown Manchester Center, VT. Our vendors offer a great selection of local vegetables, fruits, breads, cheeses, meats, prepared foods, and hand-made crafts. Our market also features a variety of vegan and gluten-free foods. We even have a kids activity tent called Art Farm, where kids can make free, food-inspired crafts. Everything is produced locally by the people who sell them, so you can ask questions about what you buy. This year the market runs from May 29th-Oct 9th. We’re open every Thursday, rain or shine, from 3pm-6pm. We accept Debit, EBT, and Farm to Family coupons. There is ample parking; look for our parking lot signs, or park on the street next to the market.

Our first Manchester Farmers Market of the season is here and we are so excited to kick things off this week.

Join us Thursday from 4–7 PM at 709 Depot St in Manchester Center (across from RK Miles).

We’ve made a shift to later hours this year, giving more of you time to get here after work and really enjoy the market.

This season is already feeling so special. We have so many new faces joining us, alongside some familiar favorites. You’ll find veggie starts ready for your gardens, beautiful new drinks, local meats and maple products, baked goods, handmade crafts, and so many fresh, local offerings.

And we’re so excited to have Gus Bloch with us this week bringing live music to the market.

There’s something really magical about opening day. The energy, the community, the feeling of coming back together.

Come walk through, say hello, support local, and be part of the start of a beautiful new season.

Vendor Applications Are Now Open for the 2026 Season

We are excited to officially open applications for the Manchester Farmers Market 2026 season.

If you are a farmer, food producer, artisan, or local maker looking to be part of a vibrant and supportive community, we would love to hear from you.

Application deadline: April 8

Acceptance notifications: Mid-April

Season begins: May

We’re gearing up for another amazing season, and we want YOU to be part of it! 🌿🍞🎶 The 2025 Manchester Farmers Market runs every Thursday from 3-6 May 22 – October 16, and we’re inviting returning and new vendors to apply.
