Five years in, and it’s been an incredible journey.

Back in November of 2020, during a difficult time after losing our sweet pug, Sophie, we took a drive and passed 1046 Western Avenue. A For Rent sign stopped us in our tracks. Even though we had talked over the years about opening a meat shop, it had never felt like the right place or the right time until that moment. We looked at each other and just knew… this was it.

We called a family meeting with our kids, Jo and Nik, shared what we were thinking, and that’s where the journey truly began.

From day one, Manchester Meats has been built on family, hard work, and pride in what we put on the counter. Our customers became regulars, our regulars became friends, and seeing familiar faces day after day is one of the best parts of what we do.

We’re incredibly grateful to this community for five amazing years of support. And we truly can’t say enough about our employees their dedication, pride in their work, and care for our customers are a huge reason Manchester Meats is what it is today. Over the years, we’ve continued to grow and evolve, including expanding to add the pizza and sandwich shop, always with the goal of offering more for our customers.

A customer trusted us to handle their order from start to finish, and this is the result. Early mornings, thoughtful planning, and a lot of hands-on work went into every tray, making sure it’s something we’d be proud to put on our own table. This is the kind of work we truly enjoy doing, and we’re grateful for the trust placed in us.

While this order didn’t include sweets, our platters can also be built with cookies and whoopie pies. Every order is customized to fit the occasion.
