VENDOR SPOTLIGHT: Stark Brewing Company Food Truck!

Stark Brewing Company is a full service restaurant, brewery, and distillery. Formerly known as Stark Mill Brewery or Milly's, Stark was the first operating brewpub in NH in 1994. After 30+ years, Stark continues crafting new and delicious beers, spirits, and food!

At the market, the truck will be pumping out savory meals such as smash burgers, walking tacos, steak and cheese, brisket loaded fries, churros, gyros, ribs, mac n cheese, and Bavarian pretzels.

Want to wash it down? Have a seat in Stark's beer garden right next to the market and enjoy a cold beverage while you listen to the market musician and take in the city bustle. What a neighbor!

VENDOR SPOTLIGHT: Fresh Start Farms

Fresh Start Farms is a collective brand for immigrant and refugee farmers participating in the New American Sustainable Agriculture Program, a program of the Organization for Refugee and Immigrant Success. They work alongside new American farmers to bring farm-fresh ingredients to your table!

We are SO looking forward to the selection of fresh market vegetables that these farmers will bring to our market throughout the season, including:

beans, beets, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, celery, cucumber, eggplant, garlic, herbs, kale, greens, onion, peppers, radish, squash, Swiss chard, tomatoes, melon and more.

We also are excited to explore the variety of culturally significant crops including: African corn, African eggplant, amaranth, sawa sawa, bitter melon, Nepali peppers, bok choy, and shell beans.

Come on out to Wednesday's market and get your veggies!!

Known and loved locally as "Brooklyn Mike", our market musician next week is a solo singer/acoustic guitar performer and lifelong musician from Brooklyn, New York, living in Manchester, New Hampshire since 2001. His repertoire of well over 100 songs is comprised of the music of bands and singer/songwriters of the 1970's and some 1960's. Brooklyn Mike has been a featured guest on Manchester 's WMNH-FM radio for several years. Come on down next Wednesday and kick back to some familiar tunes while you shop and socialize!
