I plan on cooking for Super Bowl weekend. Due to my sleep habits these days, I will change around when they are ready. My plan is to have Boston butts ready for pickup on Saturday February 10 3:00-5:00pm, and bologna anytime 12:00-5:00. I also plan to do brisket by the pound. Brisket will be Sunday afternoon pickup 2-4. Butts will be $40, bologna (hot or regular) $20, and brisket will be $17.50/lb. For brisket, let me know how many pounds you want. I will work my best from there to have that much finished weight. For anyone getting brisket, if you want other meats also, they will be available to pickup all Sunday afternoon. Please have all orders in by Monday February 5. Thanks

I’m going to cook Boston butts and smoked bologna (hot/regular)for super bowl weekend. Please let me know by Tuesday morning, so I can get the order in. BB’s-$35, smoked bologna -$12 approx. 3lb, please specify hot or mild. Pickup will be Saturday 2/6 morning.
