Our pre-made food offerings are starting to look like a restaurant! This weekend we will be offering our delicious pork and beef ribs But we will have a star of the show on Saturday where we have taken a 2" Pork Loin Chop and created a delicious combination of Manchester Meat Company Pork sausage, added pan toasted hazelnuts, Reiter Ranch Gravenstein apples, Garlic and Herb fresh farm cheese and a touch of Sonoma Truffel Jack and beautiful and creamy, German Butterball Organic new potatoes, generously stuffed and wrapped in hickory bacon and smoked in the Pit. Call ahead today to order for tomorrow. We are doing a first run, first come first served, limited quantity. 707-882-2805
Tomorrow we will be featuring another new addition to the lineup. Be out in time for supper (around 5pm on Saturday) and this will serve 3-4 people. Pork roast, Butterflied, then stuffed with delectable handmade pork sausage from Manchester Meat Co combined with a soft and beautiful farm cheese and organic apples, picked in Point Arena. If you want to order ahead, you can definitely make sure you have some ready to pick up. Don't forget our Zesty Baked Beans to go with your dinner, and/or our homemade Italian Pasta Sauce ready to enjoy with a bottle of red wine and a homegrown salad. S & B Market is bringing all the goodness of the finished dishes, but our local farmers and ranchers are the ones responsible for the quality of the finished product, just as much as those that craft the food. Thank you for supporting our local store and all the local vendors that are making the food so delicious 😋

Introducing our newest burrito ! We are going to call this one The Surfer Chicken. Organic Rocky Chicken, Fresh Pineapple, Fire Roasted Jalepenos, Garlic and onion sour cream, cheese and our famous homemade Pico. NO RICE AND NO BEANS IN THIS ONE. These are biggies! 1.5-2 POUNDS each ! if you want us to create a new flavor profile for any of our BBQ or Burritos, send us a request ! We love a good challenge and love to shake it up for our customers. Thanks everyone!
