Busy Beet Baked Goods Nursing School has this gal goin' absolutely b-a-n-a-n-a-s. Bananas are yellow. Lemons are also yellow. I also never add any sugar(s).

When life gives me yellow lemons, I think of yellow bananas, and transform’em into healthified traditional bakery classics. I take pride in the simplicity and pureness of my baked goods. For my famous smushy center muffins, I use a banana applesauce base, and only 5 staple ingredients. The Original Banana Applesauce Muffin is: gluten-free, oil-free, lactose-free, & egg-free. PSA: Despite the fact

that I always use gluten-free flour and gluten-free oats; the "free-ness" of your preferred muffin will vary depending on how you opt to customize the order (ex: if you add chocolate chips, the muffin is no longer lactose, egg, oil, or gluten free).
