Hello!

We're quite curious as to what all of you make with your olive oils and balsamics from us, so we're inviting you to share your recipes with us and the Hearty Olive community here on Facebook!

Heyy! Aubrie here, with a ✨sparking recommendation✨for what to put in your stir-fry!

Whether you use rice or noodles, or regardless of what vegetables you prefer to use, the seasonings and flavors you add are what really makes (or breaks) a good stir-fry!

My simple recommendation? Fry it in our specialty Toasted Sesame Oil, and give it a good drizzle of our Black Garlic Balsamic! These flavors complement each other so nicely, and give you such an explosion of flavor that you won't even need soy sauce!

Heyyy! Aubrie here, bringing you a recipe for the most refreshing and sweet Mint Lime Watermelon Salad you'll ever have ✨🍃🍉✨

What you'll need:

- Persian Lime Olive Oil
- Wild Raspberry White Balsamic (this will be mixed with the olive oil for a simple vinaigrette)
- 1 watermelon, chopped
- Blueberries
- Blackberries and Raspberries, sliced
- Strawberries, chopped
- Fresh mint, chopped

Once you've made your simple vinaigrette and chopped the fruits and mint, you can add your vinaigrette to taste and toss it thoroughly in a large bowl!

Honestly, I guesstimated on the amounts, as I tend to add ingredients intuitively and to my liking! However, as a general rule of thumb, you'll probably want to use a 50/50 ratio of olive oil to balsamic vinegar when making your vinaigrette.

NEW ARRIVAL: Black Garlic Dark Balsamic-- The shining star of your stir-fry!

Tangy, sweet, umami... this new balsamic really has it all, and all without the bothersome aftertaste of garlic breath! It's packed with flavor, but overall smooth to the tastebuds :)

Try it with your stir fry or fried rice, drizzle on sushi (or chicken, or pork), or use in Asian sauces and marinades!

For pairing, I definitely suggest mixing this with our Dark Toasted Sesame Oil! It adds a nutty and even smoother flavor that compliments black garlic fabulously ✨️

Looking for a simple meal idea? Right now, we have a wide assortment of Dalla Terra Pasta in stock! Just pair it with your favorite olive oil :)

On my day off, I made the Lemon Cracked Pepper Tagliatelle pasta! Just drizzle some of our refreshing Basil Olive Oil, sprinkle a little sea salt, and you're all good to go! Might also be good with Rosemary 👀

I like experimenting with my food, so I also added some shaved white cheddar, our Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic, and some everything bagel seasoning!

For protein, you can also add shredded or diced chicken, fresh mozzarella balls, and cherry tomatoes for extra flavor!

I'm giving all these suggestions for things you can add, but it's even good with just our olive oil and some sea salt too! Our Olive Oils and Dalla Terra pastas are just that good :)

Hello! My name is Grace, and I’ve been working at The Hearty Olive since we opened. This is my first job, and I couldn’t ask for anything better! My managers and coworkers are all incredible people, and I’m very lucky to be able to work with them. I love trying all of our olive oils and balsamic vinegars! My favorite olive oil is Basil, and my favorite balsamic vinegar is Cinnamon Pear.

In my free time, I love to read, listen to music, hang out with my family, and watch movies with my dog. I also play trombone, and I absolutely love playing music!

Hi my name is Mashayla and I have been working at Hearty Olive since April 2024. I love working at Hearty Olive and talking to everyone who comes in! I have been enjoying learning new things about olive oils and balsamic vinegars! My favorite so far is the White Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar. STAFF INTRODUCTION #3: Emma!

Hi my name is Emma, I’ve been working at hearty Olive since October 2023. The hearty Olive is a very welcoming place that I have learned to love. Through out working at the hearty Olive I’ve learned many different life skills from communicating better with people, to working the register, and much more! I don’t just use the knowledge I learned from work at work but also at home. I enjoy cooking a lot and using our Olive oils and balsamic vinegars. They have really elevated the flavors in my cooking. I personally really like the wild raspberry balsamic vinegar for a salad dressing and the Tuscan Herb olive oil for cooking!

On the days that I am not working I am either playing sports like softball and volleyball or hanging out with friends! I also enjoy snowboarding in the winters and boating in the summer. I love the hearty Olive because they are very understanding of my busy schedule.

I could not ask for a better place to work. I love getting to know different people when they stop by. I hope one of these days it’ll be you!

STAFF INTRODUCTION #2: Sawyer!

HI! My name is Sawyer, I have been working at the Hearty Olive since November. Working here has been a great experience from having great coworkers and managers to trying all the spontaneous and delicious vinegars. This job has given me many life skills and every person I work with has made my experience here so much better. I love making connections with customers and showing them all my favorite flavors of vinegar (specifically the wild raspberry)!

STAFF INTRODUCTION #1: Aubrie!

Hello! I’ve been working at the Hearty Olive since December of 2023. I chose to work here because I already loved trying a whole bunch of foods with interesting and complex flavors– hence my favorite balsamics being Cucumber Melon and Cinnamon Pear! As for our finest oils, my favorites are definitely Basil, Pesto and Toasted sesame :) I also enjoy mixing and matching the oils and balsamics for unique flavors.

When I’m not working Tuesdays and Wednesdays at The Hearty Olive, I’m working on my illustration business, Purple Kitten Studios! My main subjects of my work are animals, fantasy creatures, and anime/video game characters! I set up my booth of keychains, pins, prints and stickers at lots of anime and gaming conventions!

In my free time, I love going for nature hikes, trying out new snacks, watching animated films, and going to collectible stores with friends! My favorite things to collect are stuffed animals and cozy sweaters. I also have a black cat named Ani, and a Tuxedo cat named Mitsi– cats have always been my favorite animals! I also enjoy a LOT of different kinds of music; the decade doesn’t necessarily matter.

I’m excited for you to swing by The Hearty Olive! We’ll have a good chat, and I’ll make sure to get you hooked on the Cucumber Melon Balsamic :)
