Our goal six years ago when we purchased Sydnor’s store at auction was to save our little community shop and add value to our neighbors. We’re proud of the vibrant, spirited store it’s become, thanks to our loyal employees and supportive customers. We want the store to be around for another 127 years! So it’s time to pass the baton to the younger generation who can grow the store and add additional value to the community. The new owners have the experience and resources to do just that, and have already started to make long needed improvements that we think y’all will love! A heartfelt THANK YOU to all who have supported us throughout the years, and we look forward to seeing you at the store where we will now be loyal customers. Thanks again! LeAnn and Sully.

A very sweet but relentless dog is hanging out at Sydnor’s. No collar. If you recognize it, please let the owners know, it’s too cold to be lost! It might be Susie, but without the collar we’re not sure.

So, it’s Thanksgiving, you don’t have enough butter for your mashed potatoes, Auntie K burned the Mac and cheese, Uncle B forgot to bring wine, kids spilled all the milk, your gravy is thin and you’re out of flour, pie calls for four eggs and you have one… no problem! SYDNOR’S IS OPEN ON THANKSGIVING FROM 7am until 2pm!
