All of our flavors start with prickly pear juice with other fruit (jam) or juices(jelly) mixed in, with the exception of apple butter. Our varieties include original prickly pear jelly, strawberry jam, blueberry jam, blackberry jam, peach jam, mixed berry jam, pomegranate jelly, mango jalapeno jam, jalapeno jelly, habanero jelly and apple butter. Contact me anytime, even during the off-season from

the Farmer's Market. I always have jams or jellies on hand and I can meet you somewhere if you need some.
