Cool mornings make me want to get the crackpot out. Making Italian venison pot roast with tomatoes, onions, bell peppers with a kick, garlic, home made tomato sauce, red wine and seasoned with herbs, pepper and CHILE LIME SALT. I will serve it over creamy polenta that will also have some CHILE LIME SALT tonight. I love the brightness the lime gives to this savory dish.
