With the closure of Manson Hometown Grocery, equipment will be offered by sealed bid.
An open house/viewing day is set for Saturday December 6th from 8-10 in the morning. Items will be grouped into “lots” and bid sheet will be available to complete and return.

Sealed bids must be received to the MEDC at Box 519, Manson IA 50563 or dropped off at City Hall by 4pm on Friday December 12. If desired, bids can be submitted on the day of viewing as well.

Winners will be contacted after bids are opened. For the removal of any items involving refrigeration or electrical disconnection, qualified personnel are required to safely remove the equipment.
