A peek into what we’ve selected for our Wine & Cheese Club members this month 🍷🧀

Ossau-Iraty is a French sheep’s milk cheese from the Pyrenees with a dense, velvety texture and rich notes of toasted almonds, hay, and browned butter. Crafted in the Ossau Valley and Iraty region under PDO protection, it’s made using traditional methods and milk from Manech and Basco-Béarnaise sheep.

And the pairing? A beautifully expressive French white made from 100% Clairette grapes. Swipe to see the bottle we chose. ✨

Our secret wine & cheese society selections rarely make public appearances… and this is just ONE of the two curated pairings members are receiving this month. 🤌

“Chamomile” is inspiring us to bring these chill vibes to the Downtown Marble Falls Farmers Market tonight.

Cinco De Mayo brings us the fun & fabulously stylish, Tropicana Joe - DJing 🎶🌺🏝️ - actually spinning 45 vinyl records or vintage surf and Tropicana style music. Our ABSOLUTE favorite.

Market goes a little longer tonight, one extra hour until 8PM

Put on your most festive robes and come enjoy some fun - I hear there is some special things happening this evening. 😊

We will have our pastured beef, chicken, and eggs,l this evening and would love to chat and get to tell you about all we do at the ranch. Raw goats milk micro dairy coming soon. 😍🥰
