A space where women can exhale the stories they’ve been carrying in silence.

You do not need to make your pain prettier.
You do not need to explain why something hurt you.

This is a judgement-free container rooted in presence, truth, and sacred witnessing.

We are not here to rescue each other.
We are here to hold space for one another while each woman remembers her own strength, wisdom, and voice.

No fixing.
No masks.
No “sorry.”
No “too much.”

Only honesty.
Only connection.
Only love.

Our fearless leaders managed to grab a quick hour between classes at one of their favorite places. 🏖️

We believe in stealing moments—because you can’t pour into others on empty. We believe in practicing what we preach and these moments matter. Real wellness is physical, mental and emotional.

Don’t worry…they’re bringing that knowledge home shortly! 🙌🏻
