Come join Christina Myerscough from HoneyBelle Hill Homestead for a step by step intro to pressure canning!

This class covers the process of pressure canning broths and stocks. Christina will also discuss common mistakes and how to avoid and/or remedy them, as well as tips to make the process more efficient and fun.

The methods taught in this class will apply to all low acid foods, including veggies, meat and soups.

Whether you have zero experience and are just getting started in home preserving, or brushing up on your existing skills, we think you'll take home something valuable from the class!
