It takes a village!!
If you know Maggie Hartnett, you know that Maggie is the one you call when you have a problem you don't know how to fix. And our big shopping carts were a big problem! Broken wheels made them more of stationary storage bins and finding new shopping carts proved to be difficult (and really expensive)
So we gave Maggie a call and explained the situation. Although this was a question that had never been asked of her, she was excited to try and help. She said she would look into a few leads and get back to us. "Get back to us" apparently meant 4 minutes and 32 seconds later... "Hey! I have a couple carts for you, donated by The Home Depot, lets meet soon so I can get them to you!"
TODAY was that day!!!
A huge thank you to McClurg Remodeling, Maggie, and Home Depot for your time, generosity, community focus and kindness. We so appreciate you taking time out of your day to help make this happen!
