Happy Tuesday! Shop will be open today 11-7 (staying open late for Rock the Plaza)! And ordering is open at LEAF Food Hub until 10pm tonight! Don’t forget, we’re now a pickup location for LEAF for downtown The City of Marion Illinois!

Today is also our Artist Gathering from 11-1!

We’re busy at the farm- finishing up harvesting Mulberry & elbows deep in one of our favorites, Elderflower! It looks to be a stellar year & we’re so excited with all of the ideas & products we have for it!

Hello Friday!!!!! The wait is over- PICKLED (LOCAL) GARLIC SCAPEs are back 💚💚💚💚

These are super popular, delicious & people have been asking for these since they ran out last year! Excellent for snacking, on charcuterie boards, in salads, stir fry’s or wherever you want some tasty zip!

THANK YOU to all of the LOCAL farmers & gardeners that we got these from: Countrysprout organics LLC , BeetRoot Farm, Midgeville Farm & Sunshine Curtisii! 100 pounds pickled & more to do!

We will be making the Garlic Scape Salt next week! As always, these are all small batch so scoop them up while & where you can!

This delicious pairing of Blueberry, Strawberry, Aronia & Goji berries results in one of our best sellers! Excellent on breakfast items, on or in desserts, on a charcuterie with goat or a funky cheese, in PB&J’s, as a glaze or marinade, in a cocktail, etc. Please share with us how you like to enjoy it!

Happy Humpday! Shop will be open today 10-5!

Camellia Sinensis (TEA plants) are now growing at the farm!!!! After 2 months of anticipation, these guys finally poked through the soil and we are SO excited to hopefully grow our own tea. These are from Sochi cultivars from Russia. They are cold hardy and will be planted in our woods for extra protection from the elements.

This is an experiment as tea growing is unique to this area but we are hopeful that we chose wisely and that these will work in this hardiness Zone 7a. We will keep you posted on their progress.

Happy Tuesday! We hope everyone had a relaxing holiday weekend! We spent a lot of time outside working & harvesting at the farm, had a nice cookout with family, worked on new Sip & Learn collaborations (coming soon) & more!

We’re excited to welcome back SHAGBERRY Syrup! A delicious pairing of Elderberry & our Shagbark Hickory. HICKORY FIRE is back ya’ll‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ Same great taste with a new & improved label! We’ve had sooooo many people requesting this & it’s back just in time for the holiday weekend & grilling/smoking season!

Excellent for dipping, saucing, grilling, smoking, as a salad dressing, etc. Great on chicken, pork, salmon, veggies! It cooks very well as the base is our Hickory Syrup & it has a sweet touch of heat!
