Does anyone out there need lard? Frozen unrendered lard from outdoor heritage pigs. No antibiotics ever, no hormones, fed certified organic grains. June 2026. Easy enough to render in the oven and bakes beautifully. Two boxes available, approx. 28 and 35 lbs. $3/lb. for the sake of getting it out of my freezer.

So much is so broken. Thankful for advocates like Dakota Rural Action.

Monsanto is arguing before the Supreme Court that their pesticides are so beneficial to farmers that they shouldn’t be held accountable for the health problems they cause. Farmers and farmworkers disagree.

All the info is in the graphic, but multiple frigid weekends have really hit Sioux Falls restaurants hard. As a result, we have tens of dozens of extra eggs this week. They're too large to fit in cartons, so you're actually getting more like 1.5-2 dozen equivalent of the standard Grade A Large commodity warehouse eggs. Plus, they're certified organic! Message or call us to take advantage of this screamin' deal!
