Y’all have been very patient, and we’re happy to report that the wait is over: Pimento cheese is back! We whipped up our first batch yesterday using Ashford Cheddar, Buttercup, and Fromage Blanc. How rewarding is it to make pimento cheese using cheese you made? Ummm, very! Of course, it’s mixed with and a healthy dose of cayenne, and boy howdy is it good! It’s up for grabs right now at the until 6pm on the campus of Groce UMC. friends, never fear! We’ll have some for y’all at the market on Saturday the 13th! Moving forward, we’ll be adding it to our regular rotation of spreads. Y’all don’t sleep on this one!
