We wish to thank Bikepacking Roots for their catering order from yesterday's event! The organizers enjoyed chicken salad, BLT, vegetarian and vegan wraps along with corn black bean salad and corn black bean pasta salad. For dinner, chicken, vegan and vegetarian burrito bowls were enjoyed!
