Duke Catering DukeCatering.com, LLC was started in 2000, by Nancy and Bernard Doogue, both of whom are very experienced and educated food service and catering professionals.

Duke Catering has been in business for 12 years, the owners are both very experienced and knowledgeable food service professionals with very wide range of experience in hands on cooling school training, baking, banquet cooking, event planning and management, fast food preparation and management as well dinner house management - doing up to 6,000 meals per week.
