I’ve had a few inquiries for sourdough this week. I will do a small FRIDAY porch pickup order, if interested PM me. Plain only, $10 per large loaf.

(Eggs are pretty much called for before they are laid, our flock has shrunk in size due to a coyote and until the babies grow up, there is not much of a surplus.)

Thought these were goners as I forgot to put them in the fridge last night, and so there they sat proofing for an additional 10 hours overnight. Whoops. Still delicious. Not great rise as they are majorly over proofed, but delicious and great texture!
