Chef Lee Conway and his wife, Colleen, started Conway’s Catering in November of 2005. Since then, Conway’s accommodates their customers to ensure a premier and memorable dining experience

. Upon hiring Conway’s Catering, you can consider Chef Lee to be your “personal chef.” He’ll work closely with you to create a custom menu that satisfies everyone at your event, whether it’s an intimate dinner party or a corporate gala.

Chef Lee’s passionate views on food can be highlighted by his career path. During his 28 years as the Senior Executive chef with Hyatt Hotels and Resorts, Chef Lee served four US presidents, catered the US Open golf tournament and multiple PGA championships, catered 15 Superbowls and catered corporate galas of up to 30,000 people. One of just four Metro East chefs who claim membership in the prestigious Honorable Order of the Golden Toque, Chef Lee’s creative efforts have been showcased in magazines, books, and widespread media profiles. Whether it’s oven-roasted fresh morels stuffed with lobster mousse for an executive banquet or fresh made potato chips to accompany a casual summer luncheon, Chef Conway consistently produces memorable dining experiences with timely precision and flawless quality.

Colleen and myself have made the decision to close Conway's Catering and Good Eats Deli . Many factors played in our decision. Most importantly is our growing family and time to enjoy this roller coaster of life. We will not miss the day to day grind of running a business, but we will surely miss the many friends and patrons we have known and met over the years. Our plan was to be finished after the busy holiday catering season with off premise catering and continue with the deli for a bit. In life, things change at the drop of a hat so here you go! We received a call from a good friend mid December saying he was going to make us and offer we couldn't refuse. He was right! Colleen and myself will be traveling around the entire country for the next year with Tones and Weber Seasoning doing A Spice up America Tour. So if you see this rig or follow us on Facebook we will be coming to a town near you!! With our sincere gratitude and sadness we thank you all for the wonderful memories and the pleasure to have served you!
