Normally we post the menu on Wednesday, but we had a lot of folks asking if we're going to be open Labor Day weekend and wanted to get the word out: the answer is YES!

I've got a 5 lb block of Bourbon Smoked 6-Pepper Cheddar. $14/lb. Which is $2/lb off the normal price. I will also throw in a 2 lb Bourbon Smoked Ancho Cajun-Maple Cheddar for free. The pictured Cheddar has been packaged for 8 weeks.
