We are starting to call hog orders that are finished with processing. If you are called, we sincerely appreciate your pick up to be with a sense of urgency. Thank you in advance!

Important Note: Please keep in mind that we will only call you if your entire order is ready for pick up (specialty products and multiple animals will be delayed). If you’re hearing of others being called, there is no need to be concerned. We’re just calling what we can, as soon as we can!

The first stage of processing the hogs from the Ingham County Fair is complete 🐷 We were able to breakdown, cut, and package the fresh meat from 90 hogs in 3 days 👏🏻 Our team is the best!

Now our smokehouse is kicking into gear. Bacon, picnics, hams, and hocks will be hanging on our smoke trucks. We’ll be running our houses 24/7 to keep up!
