Morgan’s Meat Market has been in business for over 40 years in Mattoon. Owned and operated by Mike and Barb Love, the Market services retail, wholesale, and restaurant customers. Morgan’s offers over 800 different products, many of which are made in-house. In addition to standard beef, pork, and chicken cuts; Morgan’s has a full deli, frozen produce and seafood, frozen appetizers and side dishes, soda, snacks, bulk candy, beer and wine, and more! Morgan’s is also an official Yoder Smokers dealer.

Morgan’s hand crafted selections include their signature half pound Fluffy Burgers in nearly 30 flavors, bratwurst in 40 flavors, marinated chicken breasts in a variety of flavors, smoked flavored bacon, smoked ribs, meat sticks in a variety of flavors, and their always popular summer sausage.

Morgan’s summer sausage is handmade and smoked in-house. Flavors include original, garlic, spicy garlic, cheese, and jalapeno cheese. Customers enjoy incorporating the sausage on custom meat and cheese trays for the holidays and office parties. The Morgan’s team offers “old-fashioned service” by custom slicing and packaging their products based on each customer’s request.

Morgan’s Meat Market is located at 1401 Dewitt Avenue in Mattoon. Their hours are 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday.

Morgan’s Meat Market has been in business for over 40 years. We make our home in Mattoon, Illinois where we service Retail, Wholesale, and Restaurant Customers. We currently market over 800 different products, many of which are made in-house! We pride ourselves in the quality of our products and the Customer Service we provide. We are one of 243 State Inspected Establishments in Illinois and follow all guidelines published by the United States Department of Agriculture in relationship to the Federal Meat Inspection Act.

Our Signature item is our 8oz. Fluffy Burger®. We make this burger in over 12 different flavor profiles using only the highest quality ingredients and Meat. We also make our own Bratwurst, Ground Pork Burgers, Sausage Patties, Italian Beef, Breakfast Sausage, and a multitude of other different meat and poultry products.

All of our Beef is grain finished and comes from trusted sources in the Midwest. The majority of our pork comes from trusted plants in Illinois, Missouri, Indiana, and Iowa.

It is a honor and a privilege to serve you and we will do our best to give you the service you deserve at all times. We commit to providing you with the best value and service and if we fail, we will always make it right.
