For the Homemade Food Producers.

Key Changes to State Law (HB 3720)
Effective Date: November 1, 2026.
New Law Name: Renamed from the Homemade Food Freedom Act to the Local Food Freedom Act.
Higher Sales Limit: Annual gross sales cap increases significantly from $75,000 to $250,000.
Prefix Change: Your official registration ID prefix will update from OKHFFA to OLFFA on your next renewal.
Required Label Wording Update
You must update the legal disclosure statement on your product packaging labels:
Remove: “private residence”
Insert: “facility”
New Online Processing & Renewal Workflow
1. Email Notice: Renewal reminders will be sent directly to your email address one month prior to your current registration's expiration date.
2. Online Portal: The email will contain a secure link to update your profile details and submit payment.
3. Payment Methods: Payments can now be completed online via credit card, debit card, or ACH.
4. Digital Registration: Once your submission and payment are reviewed and approved, your new OLFFA registration number will be emailed to you.
