Checking out the cover crops on our organic farms. This is a very crucial part of the farming operation during our summer months! We plant these nitrogen fixing crops to help our depleted nitrogen levels in the ground from when we planted our vegetables last season. We are about a month away from starting our organic program for the 2025-2026 season!

What an incredible morning on the farm! We have started harvesting some items this week and look to get into more items within the next few weeks. Our cabbage crops are coming in beautifully and we will start harvest in the upcoming month!
