One of my first flushes of oyster mushrooms . Since then I’ve had blue, golden and pink oyster mushrooms fruit. 🍄‍🟫

Remembering a walk in the woods with Brandi. From the front of a tree we saw a tinge of yellow on the back side of the tree. Mother Nature did not disappoint with this massive beautiful specimen of Chicken of the Woods. So delicious 🍴🍄‍🟫

These oats will be portioned, sterilized and inoculated with a variety of gourmet and medicinal mushroom spores including lion’s mane, reishi and shiitake.
