Made these delicious BBQ goat ribs over Labor Day weekend. How to prepare 3 lbs: 1. Sear in olive oil on stove. 2. Place in foil lined crockpot with 5 Tbsp. butter, 3 Tbsp. liquid smoke, and bottle of BBQ sauce for 4 hours on low. 3. Place on grill for 5 minutes on medium to glaze and brush with BBQ sauce. 4. Serve and enjoy!
