How we became Tritles Meat market
Gary has lived here in McConnellsburg all his life. He has managed many meat departments in and around the area. When the market came up for sale he decided that this is what he wanted to do. We want to provide good food at a good price. We’re also trying to provide local items eggs and pancake mixes from the Grist Mill, Fords maple syrup and Stoners honey. Gary makes his own sausage and beef jerky. I make deviled eggs, red beet eggs, egg salad, chicken salad, ham salad, coleslaw . Monday thru Friday we offer some sort of sandwich for lunch. Fall thru Spring we make a soup Monday , Wednesday, and Friday. We also make cold sandwiches and subs everyday. We stop making subs and sandwiches as well as slicing deli meats and cheeses thirty minutes before closing. We also have deli meats and cheese along with bulk food items( most of our bulk food items we use in our cooking). We hope you come in and check us out.
