With food recalls and growing questions about sourcing, Susan will help us explore our food system, regenerative agriculture, and the role local farmers and consumers can play in creating a healthier future.

A former big-law attorney turned country lawyer and farmer, Susan and her husband started their regenerative farm on family land in Northeast Texas in 2018. Today, they bring grass-fed and finished beef and lamb, pastured pork and chicken, and seasonal vegetables to our market.
