This spring, we had the privilege of being at the Zealong estate in New Zealand - walking the farm, watching the first leaves of the season being picked by hand, and sitting with the tea masters as they evaluated each batch.

What they select from that first flush is extraordinary. Not the top half. Not the top quarter. The top 5%.

This is the 2026 Spring Reserve - and this is the first year we've ever been able to bring any allocation to the US. It has historically been reserved exclusively for Europe and Asia.

Quantities are genuinely very limited. When it's gone, that's it until 2027.

This is not an everyday tea. It's for quiet mornings that deserve something special, or for celebrating the special people in your life.

I was grateful to spend time at the Zealong estate during spring harvest and to film how green tea is brewed there.

At Zealong green tea is handled differently from the very beginning.

Unlike black or oolong teas, it skips withering and oxidation. The leaves are picked and immediately dried, preserving their natural freshness and structure, and packaged on site.

The result is a tea that feels clean, grounded, and reflective of the estate itself.
