A few people have asked me "What is a CSA?"

CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture. It is a relationship between the farm and it's customers. Rather than simply purchasing food, our customers become members of the CSA farm, who then receive a portion of the farm's garden harvest. By collecting membership fees ahead of the growing season, it helps the farmer with seasonal startup costs, like seeds and equipment, most of which is incurred before the growing season.
